You will be greeted immediately and made comfortable while you wait for your service to begin. It's always a good idea to arrive a few minutes early so you can enjoy some of our amenities while you wait.

When it comes to our consultation at the salon you will notice that we are going to ask a lot of questions.
We are going to dig really deep until we feel completely comfortable with the style plan. We always recommend bringing some inspiration pictures with you to your appointment. Everyone sees color a little differently so it's important to look at multiple pictures to make sure we are all on the same page. We then will create a custom hair color formula.
We pride ourselves in our education not only in color but in cutting. The back color room is where the mixing happens but the real magic happens during our consultation.
During the Service
What to Expect
During the whole process at the salon, we will be informing you of what to expect.
We will give you our opinion on what's realistic and attainable during your visit. We will talk in detail about at-home care. We believe that once you have invested in a beautiful color and style, it's our job to inform you on how to maintain that look.
